We offer direct billing for your convenience and peace of mind. Please let us know prior to your appointment if you would like to use direct billing.

Depending on your insurance provider, a consent form and waiver must be completed before we can submit a claim on your behalf.

Please provide your insurance information to your massage therapist before your first appointment.

Insurance details must be current and accurate. Any remaining balance not covered by your provider is due at the end of the massage.

If you are booking a party of two or more for a mobile massage service, please call or text Emily at 403-402-6021.

The full name and email address (or phone number) of each guest will be required to complete online health history forms and consent waivers prior to the appointment.

Please note any allergies or sensitivities to essential oils or fragrances.

Group Bookings
If you are interested in booking massage services for your office staff or team, please contact Emily at 403-402-6021.

A sign-up schedule will be provided for your workplace, allowing staff members to select their preferred appointment times on a first-come, first-served basis. A minimum of one week’s notice is required from the preferred booking date.

15-minute massages: Minimum of 8 participants, maximum of 24.

30-minute massages: Minimum of 4 participants, maximum of 12.

Massage services can be provided using either a massage table or chair. All necessary equipment will be supplied, including oils or lotions, a table warmer, and linens.

Please ensure a quiet, designated room or space is available for the massage therapist to set up.

Payment is due at the completion of the service.

It is recommended that treatment plans are specific to a lower or upper body condition. We will focus on a specific injury or limited joint range of motion for 60-90 minutes, weekly for 4-6 weeks. Lets work on your goals to create a tolerable balance within your body!

Consider booking in for a massage at least once a month there after or for maintenance to maintain the body's health and wellness.
